Chess schools without a fee in Yerevan 12

In Yerevan a child can learn chess without paying for it. A statement published by the city at the end of 2016 says that the free chess schools work in all administrative districts, and the entries here are the district schools covered by it: Ajapnyak, Arabkir, Avan, Davtashen, Erebuni, Kanaker-Zeytun, Malatia-Sebastia, Nor Nork, Nork-Marash and Nubarashen, together with the Rafayel Vahanyan school on Taronts Street.

The Chess Academy of Armenia states on its own site that its group classes, held from Monday to Saturday, are free of charge; places are given after registration. The school of higher chess mastery on Vratsyan Street is not on this list, because no source consulted says whether it charges. Where a page says nothing about cost, the entry leaves the question open.
